08/16/11 - StarNight guests help Institute meet $25,000 challenge grant

For 49 years, individuals and companies have supported StarNight, the Institute’s largest annual fundraiser, through ticket and table sales, sponsorships and in-kind donations.

This year was no exception.

In fact, the StarNight crowd further proved its generosity by helping the Institute reach a $25,000 challenge grant offered by the Robert L. and Kathrina H. Maclellan Foundation. As part of the grant agreement, the Institute had to raise dollar-for-dollar matching funds. 

We sincerely thank the many StarNight guests who contributed and appreciate the foundation’s ongoing support of children with special needs who attend the Siskin Early Learning Centers.
