Siskin Center for Child and Family Research is shaping schools of thought in early childhood education and intervention in the United States and internationally by sharing research results and knowledge with other professionals in the field in a variety of ways.
One of the most effective and far-reaching is through authorship of professional journal articles and monographs. Robin McWilliam, Ph.D., Tom Buggey, Ph.D. and Amy Casey, Ph.D., BCBA, the Institute’s three researchers, published prolifically with 14 articles and monographs that have appeared in seven print and/or online professional journals in 2011 or have been accepted and are awaiting publication in early 2012. A list of McWilliam’s, Casey’s and Buggey’s published or in press works from 2011 is outlined below. Other Institute staff members also contributed to some of these articles including Julie Mickel and Kelly DeJong.
