11/03/09 - Institute's re-branding campaign wins national marketing competition's highest honor
Date: November 3, 2009 Institute's re-branding campaign wins national competition's top honor CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Siskin Children's Institute's re-branding campaign has won a national marketing competition's highest award. The Institute received a platinum-level 2009 MarCom Award for its effort to re-brand the organization. The re-branding campaign features a new logo, promotional video, website, marketing materials and other components. The Institute's marketing and communications department, consisting of Deborah Luehrs and Seth Seymour, launched the campaign in August after the organization expanded its services to include health care and research. The Institute also won two other 2009 MarCom Awards:
Of nearly 5,000 entries for the MarCom Awards, 18 percent received platinum-level recognition; another 18 percent won gold-level awards; and 10 percent earned honorable mentions.
