Pregulman was awarded March 13 at the Baroness Erlanger Foundation Distinguished Physician's Brunch. Alongside some of Chattanooga’s most noted physicians and surgeons, Pregulman was lauded as the first-ever “community honoree” for his work guiding the Siskin Memorial Foundation, which until 1999 included both Siskin Children's Institute and the Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation. In addition to his philanthropic works, Pregulman was at the helm of Siskin Steel & Supply Co. for more than 20 years as the business grew exponentially in size, geographic reach and earnings. Pregulman took the helm of Siskin Steel after his father-in-law, Garrison Siskin, died. Today, Mr. Pregulman and his wife, Helen, are very active with many charities in
