Institute researcher, Robin McWilliam, Ph.D., is in Washington, D.C. for a mandatory meeting of the Institute of Education Sciences (IES), the research arm of the U.S. Department of Education. IES funds Dr. McWilliam's study on the improvement of Individual Family Service Plans, or IFSPs, (TEIDS-Plus). He is presenting a poster at the meeting: “Learning Objects on a Part C Data System to Improve IFSP Quality.”
