StarNight made its debut in 1962 as a fundraiser for the Siskin Foundation's 365 Club, evolving into the premier black-tie fundraising gala in Chattanooga. This highly anticipated  late summer event showcases prominent entertainment and attracts more than 1,000 individuals each year.

StarNight is of the longest running fundraisers in Chattanooga; the 50th anniversary of the event will be celebrated in 2012. 

Past performers have included Dinah Shore, Jim Nabors, the Kingston Trio, the Ink Spots, Marvin Hamlisch, Tony Bennett, Mary Wilson of the Supremes, LeAnn Rimes, Hootie and the Blowfish, Sugarland, Boyz II Men, Trisha Yearwood and Kenny Rogers.
