Can my donation be automatically deducted from my credit card or debit card?
Yes! Please visit our donation page. You will find the option to set up a recurring payment of your choice or to set up a login from which you can manage a recurring payment cycle. If you have any question during this process, please feel free to contact Christine Estoye in our Development Department at 423.648.1703.

Do you receive funds through the Combined Federal Campaign? What is the Institute’s campaign number?
Yes, the Siskin Foundation d.b.a. Siskin Children's Institute is a member of the Combined Federal Campaign. The Institute’s CFC number is 55661.

How do I make a bequest to the Institute in my will? I'd like to set up a charitable remainder trust or gift annuity.

How do I make a donation in honor/memory of someone?
Please visit our donation page. You will find the option to make a gift in honor or memory of someone. If you have any question during this process, please feel free to contact our Christine Estoye in our Development Department at 423.648.1703.

I want to make a donation by check. Where can I send it? How do I make out the check?
Check donations can be made out to Siskin Children's Institute and mailed to 1101 Carter Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402.

Is My Gift Tax-Deductible?
An outright gift of cash is tax-deductible. You will be sent an acknowledgement letter for tax purposes provided you supply a donor name and address with the gift. 

Attendance at one of the Institute’s fundraising events may be partially tax deductible based on expenses for that year’s event. Each event is different and tax deductions vary from year-to-year. An acknowledgement letter for tax purposes will be mailed to you upon receipt of your ticket/table payment.

May I tour or visit the Institute?

I want to make a donation of an item.  Do you accept in-kind donations?
We accept donations of in-kind items provided they either directly off-set an expense the Institute would have normally incurred or provided the item is age-appropriate and ability-appropriate for the children we serve.
