Regina Gargus, M.D., FAAP
Dr. Regina Gargus is Medical Director of the new Center for Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics and Chief of the Division of Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics at T.C. Thompson Children’s Hospital. She most recently served as Medical Director of the J.L. Dennis Developmental Center at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Dr. Gargus received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia-Virginia Commonwealth University, where she also completed her pediatric residency and a neonatology fellowship. After a decade and a half as a medical director of neonatal services in Virginia, she completed a three-year developmental behavioral pediatric fellowship at Brown University School of Medicine in Rhode Island. Dr. Gargus is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in general pediatrics, neonatal-perinatal medicine and developmental behavioral pediatrics. Her academic interests are in developmental behavioral conditions in children, autism spectrum disorders, oppositionality in toddlers, bullying behaviors and developmental surveillance of children who required NICU care.
Terri Woodruff, CPNP, APRN
Terri is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner. The Fort Oglethorpe native comes to the center from the Children’s Doctors, a practice that offers primary pediatric care at locations in Chattanooga and North Georgia. Previously, she was the director of the neonatal intensive care unit at T.C. Thompson Children’s Hospital. Terri received her Master of Science in Child Health from Georgia State University.
Michelle Cahill Kimball, MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC
Michelle is a certified nurse practitioner with more than a decade of experience. She most recently worked at the Children’s Doctors in Fort Oglethorpe. Michelle received her degrees from The University of Tennessee and Emory University. She also has served as an educational consultant for school nurses in Walker County, Georgia.
Brandon Rodgers, Ph.D.
A
Chattanooga native, Dr. Rodgers received his Ph.D. in human development with a specialty in marriage and family therapy from Virginia Tech. He earned his master's degree in school psychology from Appalachian State University. He is a licensed marital and family therapist by the Tennessee State Board of Professional Counselors, Marital and Family Therapists and Clinical Pastoral Therapists. In addition to being licensed as a certified psychological assistant by the Tennessee State Board of Examiners in Psychology, he is a nationally certified school psychologist and licensed as a school psychologist in
North Carolina, where he previously worked. His research focuses on mental health stigma, cultural-health beliefs, parenting styles and grandparents raising grandchildren. His work has been published in the Journal of Marital and Family Therapy and other scholarly research journals. He has also presented at conferences and workshops, including the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Annual Conference.
Tifiny Miolen, LPN
Tifiny is a licensed practical nurse. She previously served as a LPN on the pediatric floor at the Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton. She received her LPN certificate from Dalton State College in December 2006. She is currently pursuing an associate's degree in nursing.

Raymond Lallier, M.P.A.
Raymond is the practice manager of the Center for Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics. He has worked in community-based, not-for-profit health care for the past ten years. Before coming to the pediatric center, he managed the Ronald McDonald House Care Mobile for T.C. Thompson Children's Hospital and coordinated the hospital's SmartMoovz pediatric outreach exercise program. Prior to working with the hospital, Raymond was employed by Memorial Health Care System, where he served as both director of Wellness Services and manager of the Memorial Center for Health. He earned his master's degree in Public and Non-Profit Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
