What is Home Visiting?
In 2010, Tennessee's Early Intervention System (TEIS) contracted with Siskin Children's Institute to provide home visiting services to approximately 200 families in the Southeast TEIS District counties of Bledsoe, Bradley, Grundy, Hamilton, Marion, Meigs, McMinn, Polk, Rhea and Sequatchie. In the Southeast district, the state contracts with Signal Centers and the Grundy County public school system, too. The home visiting program consists of a coordinator and 12 full-time Check out the Home- and Community-Based Early Intervention program brochure. Siskin Children's Institute seeks to affirm the dignity and worth of every person.
