Medication Refill Procedures

FOR MEDICATION REFILLS, please call 423.778.2970.

For controlled substances such as ADHD medications (example: Concerta, Adderall, Vyvanse, Daytrana, Metadate CD, etc.) please call when you have seven days of medication left.

• Please leave on your message when you call us: your name, child's name, child's date of birth, your current address, phone number, medication name and dosage.
• Please indicate in your message if you would like your prescription mailed to you or if it will be picked up.
• When coming to pick up a prescription, bring a photo ID.

For all other prescriptions please call when you have seven days of medications left in case of prior authorization needs to be obtained.

• Please leave on your message when you call us: your name, child's name, child's date or birth, pharmacy name, pharmacy phone number, medication name, dosage, your current phone number and make sure the pharmacy has your current insurance information.

Presciptions will only be refilled Monday - Thursday. You must call before noon on Thursday.

• Failure to call before noon on Thursday will result in a refill of the prescription on Monday morning.
• If you call after 2 p.m. the prescription will be refilled the next day.
