Quality Childcare
The quality program at the center is developmentally appropriate – reflecting children’s basic patterns of physical, emotional, and cognitive growth. We strive to provide an environment, daily routines, and activities that meet the needs of children at their stage of development. We accept each child as an individual and help him/her cultivate a positive self-image in a safe, loving and caring environment.
All children need the opportunity to play and the freedom to explore their environment; therefore, we provide play environments both in the classroom and outside.
All that we expect of children is that they come to school and engage in the activities. We expect the parents to read and be familiar with the operating procedures in the parent handbook, and in supplemental notes and newsletters that we may send you from time to time. We also want you to feel free to be a part of the school, offering suggestions, comments, and constructive criticisms, as well as financial and moral support. All staff members participate in an ongoing program of professional development to keep abreast of the findings of current research and remain alert to the ever-changing needs of today’s families.
