Siskin Children’s Institute Announces New Human Resources Manager
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Siskin Children’s Institute is pleased to welcome Lydia Kindiger as its new Human Resources Manager.
In her role, Lydia oversees all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. She plays a key role in fostering a positive and supportive work environment where employees feel valued, heard, and empowered to succeed. Lydia also supports leadership in aligning HR strategies with the Institute’s mission to serve children with special needs and their families.
Lydia is a dedicated HR professional with a passion for people management and creating strong workplace cultures. She brings expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and employee relations, and believes that engaged employees are the foundation of a successful organization. She enjoys developing innovative solutions to support both employees and organizational growth.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Lydia holds a degree in Human Resource Management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing with a cup of tea and a good blanket.
