In Loving Memory
Megan McCullah Burrows made an impactful mark through her outstanding work at Siskin Children’s Institute as a Physician Assistant by providing evaluations for developmental disabilities in children, including those with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and genetic disorders like Down Syndrome. Beyond her role at Siskin Children’s Institute, Megan’s commitment to healthcare and leadership extended to her position as the Chattanooga Region Director for the Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants. In recognition of her exceptional qualities, she was a proud graduate of the Leadership Chattanooga class of 2021, leaving a lasting legacy in both her professional and community endeavors. Megan’s contributions will be deeply missed by the many lives she touched at Siskin Children’s Institute. In addition to her professional achievements, Megan was a loving wife to her husband, Michael, and had recently became a mother to her beautiful daughter, Birdie.
While celebrating her life, one thing came to the mind of everyone:
Megan was full of joy.
“You want to be a better person because being a better person, and just always thinking of kindness first, is how Megan lived.”
We will honor Megan’s life by showing kindness to others and continue to uphold the same level of care she provided to the families at Siskin Children’s Institute.
